Kevin Hilgers owns Wave Strategies Inc.. For 20 years “Wave” has owned and rented condos in Victoria, British Columbia. Prior to moving to Victoria permanently in 2018, Kevin was owner and CEO of a media-communications business in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The company did marketing consulting, negotiated and planned where ad materials will be used, then made it happen – whether new or traditional media. Kevin sold the company spring, 2020 knowing it remains in great hands with his (now former) business partner.
Kevin remains licensed by Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC) as a Raffle Ticket Manager. Among other things this means Kevin has expertise in operating fundraising raffles. From 2011 to 2020 Kevin helped raised over 10 million dollars for regional non-profits with raffles, namely the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie’s Dream Home Lottery.
